Error: Section [keys] not found in D:\....\tswebeditor\doc\index.html

Hi,

tswebeditor does not work any longer. I receive the above error
message by clicking the tswebeditor.exe and then it hang completely
up. Only the task manager could stop it, but I am not able to see any
window.

I am using tswebeditor version 20060920 and Vista.

I re-installed the editor, but without success.

I really appreciate your comments.
