One bedroom is available in a nice four bedroom house in the Upper
Cruz Alta neighborhood. The room will be available March 1, possibly a
few days earlier. This is a nice, quiet residential area close to town
and shopping with immediate access to the hiking and biking trails in
the mountains. Great views in all directions. The house has a modern
fully-equipped kitchen, wireless internet, washer and dryer,
fireplace, ceiling fans, parking, radiant floor heating, storage, etc.
The unfurnished room is approximately 10' x 14' and shares an
adjoining bathroom. The monthly rent is $300 plus one-quarter share of
the utilities ($20-30 in summer, $50-60 in winter). A one-month
deposit is required. The other housemates are responsible working
adults who enjoy the outdoors.
