Hi!

 

Since I have a lot of free time, I made a videoclip with random pictures and videos about our last summer trip in the Caucasus. Maybe its not a big shot now, but I thought it will be nice to watch stuff like that when we will be 70 years old or something (if there will be internet of course, so downloading is recommended :)).

 

I stole several pictures from your facebook albums sorry for that also thx for sharing. :)

 

I tried to synchronize the pictures with the music also in rythm also in athmosphere (or what), maybe you'll notice it.

PS to the organisers: I give the permission to promote the next TSU in Caucasus with this fantastic and frenetic video :D :D :D (maybe you'll watch it and will consider this advice as a bad one :))

Unfortunately, I'm not going on SU this year :( I've changed student life for working life and I have a limited number of free days which will be spend in the USA to visit some friends...

Hi All!

Nice video Erik! Good job! I would definitely recommend it for promotion of AEGEE-Baki's next TSU. But I would even highly recommend the GREAT PARTICIPANTS of our Caucasus TSU to all the SU organizers in AEGEE! :)))

They are the REAL TREASURE!

As for me, I don't think, I will be able to join any SU this summer or AGORA in Magusa! Also, changed student life to working life!

Hi guys thx for the replies, Im glad that you like the clip :)

 

Klaudia: all the videos in the clip are mine, I couldnt get any videos from you, just pictures. If you want the entire video (its quite long, you were dancing a lot more than I could show in this video :))

Also I wont apply any SU this summer neither I think, fortunately not because of work :) Im planning to visit Iran, I think Ill spend all my money there - they say its a very cheap country, but I'll try :)

Hallo there people! I'm hi-jacking the video thread : ) 

This summer I will go back to Georgia for another week! (this time pairing it up with Armenia).

My question would be if anyone still has/remember the list of the places we visited?

I remember that I think we didnt have a single day where we would have stayed in Tbilisi alone.

I remember we went to see the old capital Mtskheta, Gori with Stalin, Davit Gareja in the mountains at the border, and a the night in Kazbegi. What am I missing? 

Any maybe eve more importantly any of you guys could recommend new places to visit? Maybe new must-see places emerged in the past 7 years? (yes, it was 7 years, get over it already! : ) ) I would be interested in contemporary things as well, like a museum or smg modern. A hidden, lovely restaurant on our way throughout the country? (we will rent a car).

I'll come on July 10th and after a day in Batumi we will hang around for 4 days in Tbilisi, going on day-trips, leaving for Kazbegi, then leaving for Yerevan. If anyone is around I would be happy to meet for a beer or more with my lovely ex-TSU organizers. Everyone is living the serious adult life already? : )

It's amazing to get news from you now, especially that Georgia has such strong memories for me! I MET JONAS <3 and next month we are getting married and Anita, Jako and Victoria will be there to celebrate our union with us :)

So yes, 7 years ago! I have to admit that you remember much more than me from the places we've visited.. If anything pops into my mind I will let you know :) I think the organisers will be able to advise you better :D
