Hi all,
The weather outlook for next weekend looks good. I plan to leave the dock by about noon, sail a bit and be on the hook by about 4 pm. I know of 4 boats planning to come and a few more who may join us.
The plan:
The club/fleet will supply charcoal and a couple of bags of wood. If you want to bring a bit of extra wood, that would be great.
Appetizers and drinks on the beach about 5. I suggest you bring enough munchies for the folks on your boat and a bit more to share.
Dinner grilled on the beach (we hope). Working on bringing grilling stuff but if that does not work, we can run back to the boats.
Fire and marshmallows on the beach after dinner and sunset.
Breakfast aboard in the morning and home at your leisure.
If you do not have a dingy, those of us with one will attempt to provide shuttle service to the beach.
I'll monitor ch-68 if you need to call me.
