tSqlt in Azure Synapse

Looking to implement unit testing in Azure Synapse automated through DevOps.

Only hang-up I found so far is that the tSqlt functions would need to be refactored to account for not being able to use SELECT statements as part of a UDF.

Anyone else explore implementing this in Synapse (a.k.a. Azure SQL Data Warehouse)?
