tonight's advisor meeting

Counselors,

Please let your advisees know in the advisor meetings that the English 1-4 classes and French 1-3 classes will not perform tonight.  The reason is that they do not know the song well enough.

To the extent that you can, please deliver this news in a sensitive and non-judgmental way.  It might be better to address only to the students in English 1,2,3,4 and French 1,2,3.  You could pull them aside at the end of the advisor meeting before going to the palestra.

Sorry to pass this message through you, but we didn't have any other practical way of communicating the information when the decision was made a couple of hours ago
