Evening Activities this weekend

1)So, JOSH will be running the Soccer tournament on Sunday (I suggest that you talk with Shane and that he can mc using the mic that jim uses for morning meeting while you ref). Make sure that you make a TEAM sign up sheet with room for at least 6 teams.

2) We are adding a student vs. staff basketball game that MICHAEL will be in charge of supervising on Monday to go along with the Chalk art and Olympic Viewing. Because Michael was supposed to be in charge of the Olympic Viewing I am reassigning that to FRANCESCA.

3) Remember, Signs are very important for sundays events and spreading the word bc we have no morning meeting.

4)Keyholder Friday Evening will be  ZACH who will then give them to KRISTIE for Sunday. This also means that you are in charge of making sure kids can get into the dance studio and music rooms
