Job Definition:  Digital Marketing Specialist

• Understand the client's business goals in order to support their market research.
  
• Interface with clients to find out their requirements and devise marketing strategies to take their business to the next level.
  
• Execute marketing campaigns through digital marketing Channels
  
• Identify new opportunities in the market, propose improvements for user engagement and the conversion funnel.
  
• Ensure process improvements proactively and improve operational efficiency.

COMPENSATION:

• CTC - 1st year of employment: INR 4-5 LPA [Depending on prior relevant experience]
• CTC - 2nd year of employment:  INR 6.5-8 LPA based on performance & growth
