Selection Process:

 

The selection process starts with the applicants filling the application forms and appearing for the

Aptitude tests.

 

Thereafter, students who clear the aptitude tests participate in the Group Discussions. Students who clear the Group Discussions, will undergo Panel Interviews by senior leaders in the Organization.

 

All those students who clear the Personal Interview will be sent links online for Psychometric Tests.

 

Selection of candidates will be intimated at a later date.

 

The process aims at gaining insight into candidates’ soft skills, interpersonal skills, and personality to enable us to identify the Right fit . Interviews are held with our Human Resources and Business teams.

 

 

Job Profile:

 

The Management Trainees will undergo a rigorous 6 month curriculum to learn the fundamentals of all the verticals and thereafter seek On the Job training.  At the end of every project, the Management Trainees are expected to deliver a Project Report and a checklist of deliverables as per the format prescribed by the Mentor. This will be accounted for during their Final assessment.

 

The Business Verticals are as under:

Operations

·         Auto Division

·         Farm Equipment Loans

·         Light Motor Vehicle

·         Direct Marketing

·         Commercial vehicle

·         Refinance

Small and Medium Enterprises

·         Retail Business

·         Business Enterprises – Food and Agri

 

At the end of 6 months, they are assessed on various parameters for probation confirmation.

 

Compensation:

 

A competitive compensation structure is designed for all the Management Trainees of the Campus

Connect program as per the salary slabs at grade L8O , the details of the compensation are as follows:

 

 

Gross Fixed Annual CTC

400000

Performance Pay*

80000

Retention Bonus **

120000

Total Annual CTC

600000

 

 

Note:

       *Performance Pay is paid after 6 months, post confirmation and successful completion of the Project.

       ** Retention Bonus - At the end of 1st year a one time ‘Retention Bonus’ of Rs. 1,20,000/- would be paid to the Management Trainee provided he / she is rated at ‘S’ and above in the appraisal.

       At the end of the second year , an amount of Rs 1,20,000 will be merged with the current CTC of the Management Trainees  there after, provided he/she is rated at S+ or ES in the appraisal .The total CTC Ratio would be further divided into 80:20 Ratio of fixed :Variable  .

 

Points to Note:

 

All applicants must be flexible for relocation at the time of selection since vacancies exist across various

locations across the country.

 

Offer Letters will be released to all selected candidates at a later date.

 

Joining Date with us will be in June-July 2017. Exact Dates will be communicated at a later date.

 

Basic Norm:- Only Arts & Science Graduates.

                          Percentage of 60% & above in UG/PG.
