Our Background
We are in the business of Performance Improvement in construction projects through coaching, training & implementation of best practices(consulting), for the last 6 + years. We are in the process of scaling up & are looking at engaging a dynamic marketing cum sales professional who can help us to achieve challenging growth targets in this endeavour

The job profile is as follows:
A female/male candidate with an engineering(any discipline) degree, an MBA in Marketing/Business Development & about 2 years experience in this area. The candidate should have a passion to excel with a strong positive attitude overall. As a growing organisation this is an opportunity for the right person to contribute & demonstrate ability to reach agreed targets and also learn in the process, which can help in the individual's onward growth

Remuneration
The right candidate as detailed above will be paid a package of salary + incentives. 
She/He will be eligible for  a CTC of Rs 40000/=  and  an incentive component of upto Rs 10000/-, based solely on performance.
