Dear TSM Graduate of Class of 2017,

Greetings!!

As you will appreciate, convocation is the most important event in the institutional calendar, conducted in a formal and ceremonial setting. Needless to reiterate, you, the graduating students, being the raison d'etre of the event, are expected to come formally dressed and well-groomed in keeping with the solemnity of the occasion. Hence:

·         Come well-groomed

·         Men - Formal shirt and Tie

·         Women – Sarees

FORMAL DRESS CODE MANDATORY

HOSTEL STAY & MORNING REFRESHING ONLY FOR GRADUATES. Accompanying guests have to stay outside.

Breakfast is arranged in dining hall and will be closed by 8:30 am.

Please be present in the TSM Main Building by 8:30 am after finishing your breakfast.

Register yourself before 09:15 am with the registration desk on payment of Rs.100/- (inclusive of robes charges, photographs, postage and other charges)

After registration, collect your badge containing your seat number and robes.

For collecting your robe, you need to pay a security deposit of Rs.100/- which will be refunded after you return the robes.

Registration Fee: Rs.100/-  -- to be paid at the Registration Desk--Non-refundable.

Robes Security Deposit: Rs.100/- to be paid at the Robes counter and will be refunded after you return the robes.

Come well-groomed.

Each of you, please bring two numbers of 100 rupee note.

DO NOT Take photographs or video during the Convocation.

 

After convocation proceedings there will be a group photograph session with the chief guest.

Lunch is arranged for ALL GRADUATES and accompanying guests at Dining Hall.

Solicit your utmost cooperation in making the Convocation a smooth and hassle-free event.Look forward to meet you on Convocation day.
