恭喜大家成功入选大华府清华2016-2018理事会。选举名单附后。

校友会将于2016.1.9号举办盛大的校友会新年晚宴，在晚宴之前，我们将召开换届仪式。现将会议细则通知大家：

与会人员：2013届理事会全体理事，咨询委员。2016届新当选全体理事，候补理事。

会议时间：2016年1月9号3:00 - 5:00 PM

会议地点:独一处餐馆, Distinct Taste, 617 S Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg, MD 20877

会议内容：2013届理事会总结，2016届理事会选举新会长。

提示1：2013届理事会全体成员，以及2016届理事会全体成员均需全员参加。无法参加的各位请提前请假。

提示2：由于2016届理事要选举产生新会长，无法现场参与的2016届新理事请尽量电话call in 。

提示3：会议结束之后将举行校友会2016新年晚宴，希望两届的理事均能参加，特别欢迎大家携家属参加！
