Ocean engineering talk at our annual conference?

Hey all!

I'm putting together our speaker program for our upcoming annual
conference. You can see general conference info, including confirmed

We're somewhat light on engineering content, and we're looking for a
volunteer who would be interested in giving an overview talk on ocean
engineering -- "Ocean Engineering 101" or something, covering the
sorts of issues one needs to think about when designing ocean
structures. The talk would be about 20m in length.
