Thisfeature is available in countries/regions where PS App is available. PlayStation5 console users in supported regions/countries can access it by downloading the latest PlayStation App update for iOS and Android.

By enabling this feature, your PS5 console will begin to auto-upload game captures to the cloud. Your captures of games will then be available in PlayStation App for 14 days after they are created on your PS5 console. The following captures will be uploaded:

What captures are available on PlayStation App?

Video clips and screenshots of games are available in this app for 14 days after you manually create them on your PS5 console. Trophy moments and Activity Challenge auto-captures aren't uploaded.

What video clips can be accessed on PlayStation App?

Your video clips up to 1920x1080 in resolution and up to 3 minutes in duration are uploaded. Video clips saved in a higher resolution will not be uploaded.

Will deleting a screenshot or video on my console also delete it from PlayStation App?

No. Captures can still be accessed on PlayStation App for 14 days if the Capture setting has been enabled.

If it won't install from your library, try opening up the game in the store, to see if you can prompt it to download that way. Make sure your headset has enough space to download and unpack the game files. Typically, it's best to have double the space of the game available. If the game is 3gb, make sure you have 6gb, for example.

If that doesn't work, we recommend restarting your router, and reconnecting your Wi-Fi in the headset after it reboots. If it still shoots back the install failed error, you may need to factory reset the headset, which will wipe it back to default settings. You'll need to re-setup the headset via the mobile app, and all of your games/apps will be available for re-install after signing in again. If you do end up needing to factory reset, be sure to backup your save files to the Oculus Cloud using the Cloud Backup feature.

This is a recurring issue that as far as my research has shown, is only resolved by doing a full factory reset. This has happened to me 3 times, always after a big update. Clearly, this is an issue with the quest UI that the tech team is unable or unwilling to fix.

Resetting our headsets, re-downloading all our games, loosing any save data that isn't uploaded to the cloud and loosing any recordings or etc. that haven't been backed up is kind of a huge annoyance.

Whenever I download the game files on windows, even after extracting the files the game file is just missing?? theres a game.exe file but no game file. I had this issue with elevator hitch too pls I wanna play this game so bad ????

i watched this gameplay and cried from how sweet it is. i thought i was a mlm though and i only realized it wasn't when they really started saying friends heavily, BUT I'm glad because it showed a more intimate view on friendship! which Imo is so much better. please continue to make amazing games and amazing stories!

So after a while of looking around in the comments it seems like I'm not the only mac user having trouble saving the game. There's also not being able to sprint and the game always crashing whenever I try and open it sometimes..

I HAD TO STOP AND CRY MORE THAN ONCE OTHER THAN THAT I LOVE THE STORY AND WINNIE. Another thing that is good is how I only don't like one ending it is a two ending game but still where you push Winnie down the stairs.

Dude, I was so close to sobbing, I love Winnie and Auggie's friendship so much. Cutest game I've ever seen, absolutely love it. Really makes you think about your own friendships too, and how important it is to not let your mind distort your view of those close to you.

I do understand that this game is about the value of frienship but the way it conveys it's message is poor. I don't think that just a final dialogue between two friends could repair a long flawed relationship.

Its very rare for me to leave a comments, but this game just- wow. I cant say I've ever cried like this for any game but ngl I was in TEARS, 10/10 gameplay experience the dialogue everything loved it.
