R pkg tsDyn: new version 0.7-62 on CRAN

Hi

A new version of tsDyn is now on the main CRAN mirror, and will
percolate into your local mirrors in a few hours/days.

This version includes as main change the incllusion of standard errors
for the output of the lstar() function. Besides this, the new version
includes minor changes to accommodate for the new version of R 2.14
(sd(matrix) being deprecated, a few partial matches avoided...).
