Buy some good equipment, get some free TSCM equipment.

Good product, good deal.

Hint: Buy a TS-52, and a small toggle switch on the side to switch a biasing circuit in and out, then use 4 ea 9 volt batteries and a couple of batteries to give you the biasing voltage (you want one range that goes from -3 volts to +3 volts, a second +/- 9 volts, and a third +/- 18 volts. (The batteries go into an external box that gets attached to the side of the butt-set).

You can also take the internal audio circuit, apply a simple bandpass filter and feed it to a simple 4 transistor audio amp for a really kick-*ass low noise countermeasures amp that feeds into a headset.

By adding the battery box, and building in a low noise audio amp you can make the TS-52 really useful in sweeps.

I'd be wary about the offer.

Check the mail headers:
Received: from [62.56.137.87] by web26404.mail.ukl.yahoo.com via HTTP; Thu, 22 Oct 2009 17:22:57 GMT

The IP address geolocates to Nigeria, specifially state Ondo, city Akure.

The WHOIS confirms this, locating the IP to a netblock belonging to E Tel
Communications, NG.

There is a lot of scams coming from that country. There's a legitimate
business from there too, so it may be worth double-checking.
