Another victim linked below. PBS has it wrong, the 'professionals' have it wrong.   The consequences: again violence and death. Neither of the links you gave supports your assertion that PBS et al
have it wrong.

The first link is just (apparently non-peer-reviewed) speculation about
hypothetical implants. The same appears to be true for the whole of
Kathryn Kelley's implants research at SUNY-Albany -- nowhere does she
present proof that the devices exist or that an implantation has ever
occurred.

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. Gov't mind control
implants are like UFOs or JFK -- start talking about them, and you
better have photos, x-rays, sworn testimony, and research published in
peer-reviewed journals that clearly backs you up.

(I don't mean to claim that tinfoil-hat implants are technically
impossible, just that mental illness is a far more likely explanation.
It's not rational for the government to target random people [who don't
have access to e.g. foreign secrets] with state-of-the-art technology
and the attendant manpower.)

Tinfoil-hat stuff is so associated with nutjobs that there's no
incentive to even pay attention unless you can prove you're not a nut
right off the bat.

And "insisting that something is true" is never proof.

The mentally ill frequently refer to pain or stimulation of reproductive organs, or of receiving arousing or humiliating secret messages dealing with those parts of the body, but nobody else in the area can feel, hear, or experience the same thing.

Most of the people who experience this are merely fearful, and are imagining things that are not actually happening. When someone scientifically shows then (with test equipment) that what they are experiencing is not really happening they tend to stop experiencing it as they realize that it was just an illusion.

If on the other hand, a dishonest TSCM specialist (you know who you are) tells them all about non-existent government mind control efforts though HAARP and ELF transmitters, secret thought messages from satellites, and other such fantasies it tends to make them more fearful, and the fear just feeds on itself until they become so emotionally unstable that their entire world just melts down around them.

A totally rational person can be made to be fearful with actually only minimal effort, but the fear can be alleviated with little effort. However, and irrational, or mentally ill person can be made fearful by just the slightest amount of anything, and can go off of delusions and flights-of-fantasy as a way of coping with something that they do not understand or due to some kind of tragedy or trauma in their past.

Take care not to embrace the delusionary thinking of other people, but rather try to seek out the the actual science behind what is being claimed.

Dr Kelley has 'disappeared' and is not available to support her papers. On the subject of peer review, the Italian professor Galileo was placed under house arrest for the remainder of his life for supporting the idea that the sun was the center of the solar system.
