I am wondering if the group has information on the use of land line phones to deliver RF/EMF to harm individuals holding the handset against their ear.

Perhaps even more broadly, the use of the utility infrastructure (AC, gas, cable, water lines) for similar purposes. Including voltage and frequency transients on AC lines and sound (silent or audible).  Apparently some effects are transitory, others harmful.

Of interest, methods to locate and document.

There's a certain amount of RF/EMF released during the execution of
the Mossad's infamous exploding mobile phone trick, which
coincidentally cures any paranoia symptoms the target may be suffering
from.

"Next day, the youth left to return to Gaza. That morning, The
Engineer received a call on the mobile. As he put the phone to his
mouth and started to speak, his head was blown off."

"The youth had been recruited by Mossad to plant a powerful explosive
inside the phone. The detonation signal had come from a kidon half a
mile away."
