Submit your TA-DA claim bills up to March 2026 by 10th April 2026

Dear Team,

Submit your tour/expense bills up to March 2026 to Falguni by 10th April 2026.

Kindly cross check of the entire TD-DA claim before submission to avoid any discrepancy. You are well aware that earlier few discrepancies were highlighted by the accounts section related to TD-DA bills/documents. Hence, before submission you must ensure the correctness of the documents. Also, get it duly cross verified by Falguni before submission. 

As suggested by Falguni earlier please arrange the TA/DA claims as follows:

1. Top Sheet
2. Claim Sheet (as per the new approved format of BRLPS)
3. Tour Diary
4. Tour Report (should be emailed to reporting person i.e., COO)
5. Copy of Tour Approval
6. Original Bills (self-signed, indicating "Paid by me")

Note: 1. All documents must be self-signed.

          2. Boarding passes, train tickets etc. should be attached whether you are claiming those amounts or not.

@Falguni: As a precaution, please cross check the bills and suggest to the team member accordingly.
