Enforce the usage of account kind

Hi,

I created an issue [1] to talk about enforcing the usage of account
kind. For now, they are under used but it will improve the user
experience if we could limit the possibilities of account selection in
some places.

So please comments are welcome on the issue for small improvement or
here if it is subject to large discussion.
