Question on discuss

Hi,

From time to time, we have people asking questions on discuss.
What should we do? Redirect them to the mailing list. Create a category
for support and answer them.
I think this is something we can not prevent because people do not care
to follow rules. So I will be in favor of creating a support category.

I agree. Maybe split with a "Development Support" and "User Support" ?

Any way, I see the point to separate. It will allow people to follow
only one of two sub categories.
So I created them.
