Hi,

The coming weekend, we will take benefit of the contract renewal of the
main server to migrate to a new one (more powerful for almost the same
price).
The process will require to stop the current server to copy all the data
to the new one. This will bring down almost all our services on
*.tryton.org. The transfer is expected to take about 4 hours so it is
planned to do it this Saturday August 13th at 9:00 CEST.

We will keep you informed on this mailing list during each steps.

Regards,

The server is bringing down to start the transfer.

The migration is delayed because it is not possible to reboot the server
in the rescue mode to perform the transfer. A ticket has been created at
OVH. If we do not get a solution soon, I will restart the server and
postpone the migration.

The process can be continued. The mother board of the server needed to
be replaced.

The transfer is going well. According to the current speed, it should be
complete at 18:00 CEST.

Small issue at the reboot with the network interface.
It should be fixed soon.

The new server is online but it will require a reboot soon for kernel
upgrade (run for now with default OVH kernel until compilation done).

Migration done.
*.tryton.org runs now on a more powerful server, enjoy!
If you still can not access tryton.org, you may need to wait for DNS
propagation. The new IP is: 91.121.144.88 and 2001:41d0:1:c158::1

Please report any issue on any services of tryton.org
