Has NaN-tic gone out of business? Also Openlabs? Tryton.us?

Hi,

Is NaN-tic gone out of business or otherwise disappeared? Their website http://www.nan-tic.com is gone, and they don't answer emails. 

Also, has Openlabs gone? I noticed their website http://tryton.us is gone, as is their main website http://openlabs.co.in 

What's the news here?
