Hi,

It seems I have to restate an obvious statement about the release cycle
as I have the feeling that almost nobody seems involved.
We are in the preparation of a new release so we should all be testing
and fixing bugs. We have almost 50 bugs reported waiting for patches and
I don't even see 1 patch submitted per day. This means as the release is
in less than 18 days, we will ship it with at least 32 known bugs. This
is kind of disappointing.

So please take a few times and submit a fix to make a great release.

Thanks,

Hello,

Sorry but I do not find directly the list of BUGS waiting for the release of version. (I am a beginner ;)

If I take the list "Show Easy", I find the proposals of "FEATURE" and only one "BUGS".
If I take "Show ALL" I found a series of bug but how to see the list of "bugs" important for the release of the next version?

I have not yet experienced enough to fix "bugs" important, but we can always try;)

Thank you for your help to find my way ...

All issues categorized >= bug are important and should be fixed as soon
as possible. But of course, it is tempered by the problem of
unreproducible issue and reporter not reacting on questions.

The easy issues are more for new contributors to help them selecting
issue of their level. Of course some bugs could be in this list but it
is quite rare.

If you're a begginer please read:

http://www.tryton.org/how-to-contribute.html

And ensure you have checked out the latest version of the source code.

For example you can start by: https://bugs.tryton.org/issue5457

First of all try to reproduce the bug, then investigate why it's
happening and the try to propose a fix (subbiting a codereview)

Don't hestiate to ask any doubts (in a new topic) or in the IRC.

I must say that fixing bugs is the best and faster way to learn about a
software.
