Add EC Sales code

Hi,

I have pushed the https://bugs.tryton.org/issue6734 which adds EC Sales
list. I will be great to have chart of accounts updated like I did for
account_be: https://bugs.tryton.org/issue6735
We are missing account_fr and account_de_skr03 informations.
