It is the choice of Fulfil.io to not request its inclusion.
Otherwise, for sure it will be great to have a better support for email
in Tryton. But this module doesn't fix the main issue which is that
sending email requires a two-phase commit support in Tryton.
Also it will be quite difficult to add a new template engine as
dependency instead of using the existing one from Report (an email is
nothing different than a report).
But if you want to start working on a proper improvement of the email in
Tryton, you should start a thread on tryton-dev@
