New Tryton module Country_Continent

This new module extend country module to add continent for each country.
Tryton country list is updated to be linked with the correct continent.

Took this list for association: https://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/legacy/codes/country_continent/

And here the continent codes: https://datahub.io/core/continent-codes

You may change the copyright header of your files:
"This file is part of Tryton"

We also request to not use the trytond_ prefix for package name but
instead use the template from http://hg.tryton.org/cookiecutter/ with
prefix.
Idem for the README, the support will not be provided by Tryton.

I used the cookiecutter template,prefix was only in readme file -> updated.
