New module module_dependencies_graph

Hi,
I done this module based on work done by Jean Cavallo but implemented as a separate module.

It allows to generate an image of the dependencies graph for selected modules (installed or not).
It also shows the extra dependencies with a dashed line.

It also allows to print the "dependants", modules that has the selected module(s) as dependency. It's useful to me to find all the possible extensions for a functional area.
