Nor Cal Brothers--You have a great opportunity this Nov 9 & 10. The Isms and Issues training is coming here to Nor Cal! Led by Henry Thurman and Rick Broniec, two of the best I & I trainers in the ManKind Project. These men have years of leading this, and years of navigating their own isms and issues, as a black man and a white man in a close friendship and working relationship. I firmly believe that this training is one of the most important pieces of work that you will ever do. We have lots of diversity in this world, a great deal of which is simply not even recognized or addressed. And there are many dynamics that are part of multiculturalism. This I & I will help you gain a deep understanding of diversity and how it plays out in our world. It will also give you many tools to work with around the dynamics of multiculturalism.
