Brothers - Details below. Please read through and be ready/tested by 630p. If you're running late or have any other issues please use the WhatsApp channel or message me directly. Remote troubleshooting is tricky so the best thing to do is give yourself a few mins to test your connection before we start.

Agreements for the TT Virtual iGroup
* Everything that is brought to the call is confidential and stays on the call
* Make sure your alone and respect the confidentiality of others on the call
* No recordings of any kind are to be made
* Be on time for the call
* Mute when not speaking
* No multitasking
* Do not give advice unless asked
* Safety - use the word safety if you don't feel safe with the conversation
* Do not come onto the call under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
* Use I Statements
* Any man may pass at any time
* If you need to leave the call early, let the leader know ahead of time and
     check out before departing from the call.

A Short Primer on Using Zoom:
Once men have signed on to Zoom, there will be a small picture of each on the
screen, along with a notation if a man is calling in.  You have the option of
several settings on the screen which are helpful. In the upper right-hand corner
is a direction to allow you to see the man who is talking take up most of the
screen, with the remainder in small screen along the top of the page.

At the bottom of the screen are several icons. The Chat icons when clicked on
will open a box on the side of your screen and you can send a message to
everyone on the call or identify one man. This is the best tool to “whisper”
your suggestions to the Facilitator during a process and for the
scribe/timekeeper to notify the Leader and Facilitator with how much time
remains. The icon of a microphone which when clicked will mute you to the call
is suggested to be used when you are not talking.
