I look forward to seeing each of you Sunday at 10:30am for our spirit and truth worship! If you are traveling, may the Lord grace you with traveling mercies and we look forward to your seeing you again soon!

Michelle Spurlock is making good progress following her surgery to remove a portion of her bowel. She is a strong and resilient woman and no matter the hardship she may be in, when you ask her how she is doing, she will respond "I am blessed and highly favored!"

Phyllis Williams is scheduled to have stents removed Tuesday morning that have become blocked and ineffective after 20 years. This will be a lengthy and delicate surgery, but the surgeon is convinced she will have a quality of life that is much better than she has been laboring with for a season now. 

Gary Lee is not making the progress he needs to make with his breathing and oxygen levels that will allow the surgeons to look for other serious issues going on within his vital organs (heart, lungs, kidneys). They are discussing moving him to a long-term facility that specializes in helping patients with major lung complications.

Harsha Joshi is scheduled to have heart valve replacement surgery June 9th, and this will be a lengthy and delicate surgery. 

Stephen Barrett continues to fight the good fight, pressing through painful bone deterioration in his hip and neck. He and Susan are believing ELOHIM still performs creative miracles!

I heard several testimonies last Sunday from people who came to TToP with cancer and other debilitating medical conditions, but they were anointed with oil and prayed over by the elders, and they were miraculously healed! If He has done it before . . . He will do it again! BAM! He is a DO IT AGAIN God!

I have great anticipation for our Gathering Together Sunday at 10:30am for spirit and truth worship! I sense a stirring in my spirit that divine appointments and prophetic resets are available to occur! Invite your family and friends to join you and experience SHALOM in your soul as you encounter the manifest Presence of the Lord of Glory!

Harsha Joshi is scheduled to have valve replacement surgery June 9^th however, he has a toothache which may indicate an infection in his upper teeth. If he has any type of infection, he cannot have the surgery until the infection is gone. So, he will be seeing his dentist about the best remedy for the infection stemming from his upper teeth.

Michelle Spurlock has been released from the hospital (PTL), and she is blessed to be home. She will do outpatient physical therapy and continues to astonish her medical staff with her positive attitude and tenacity to overcome any and every obstacle that is in front of her!

Phyllis Williams continues to rest and recover from having four stents in and around her heart! She feels so much better already and is breathing much better than she had been prior to the surgery!

Every time we Gather Together at TToP is special, but this Sunday is going to glorious! Not only is it the first day of our new week, but it is also Shavuot or as most people know it, PENTECOST! There is so much we can learn about Shavuot or Pentecost from Leviticus 23:15-17; Acts 2:1-4 and Colossians 2:16-17. As important as the Feasts were and are, they were "shadows" of the "substance" that was to come, and Christ is the fulfillment! On Pentecost, the 50^th day, the Holy Spirit was given to individuals with power and signs that made people wonder (Acts 2:1-4)! 

This Sunday when we Gather Together for spirit and truth worship at 10:30am, I have a powerful NOW word to share with you, and I believe the Lord will Stir Up Our Spirit and come upon us mightily! Please invite everyone you know to join us for this special Gathering Together on Pentecost Sunday at 10:30am!

Truth Family and Friends

I trust these words reach you doing well and preparing for a glorious Gathering Together for Spirit and Truth worship Sunday at 10:30am! As you read these words, you no doubt have been witnessing current events that can be interpreted as prophetic triggers being pulled and you can read about them in Scripture.

I personally believe there is a strong possibility that Jeremiah 49:34-39 is beginning to be fulfilled before our eyes! In this passage, the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah the prophet concerning Elam (Iran)! Please take the time to read Jeremiah 49:34-39 and notice the prophetic word that says God is going to break the BOW of Elam (Iran), the finest of their might.

I personally believe this refers to Iran's nuclear capacity. There are a lot of exciting elements to the word of the Lord that came to Jeremiah concerning Elam (Iran), but the most exciting declaration is found in 49:38 where God says "Then (if then is when, when is then), I (the Lord), will set MY THRONE in Elam (Iran) and destroy out of it king and princes,' declares the Lord, but it will come about in the last days that I (the Lord), will restore the fortunes of Elam (Iran), declares the Lord (49:38-39)! I also believe that the Lord is using Israel to bring about a regime change in Iran (. . . And destroy out of it king and princes, declares the Lord)! The most important thing for everyone right now is to be sure that your calling and election are sure. This simply means to know like you know that you know that you have been born from above, and you have confessed with your mouth, Jesus is your Lord and that God has raised Him from the dead for your sins! BAM!

In closing:

Phyllis Williams has been released from the hospital, and she will be staying with her son for a few days to help her regain her strength and stamina. She is most thankful for your expressions of compassion and kindness to her!

Harsha Joshi's valve replacement surgery has been tentatively rescheduled for June 23rd at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital. The infection in his tooth and the elevated high blood pressure required the surgery to be delayed.

David Ginn (Pastor Bobby and Marie's next-door neighbor) had successful knee replacement surgery 11 weeks ago and was doing really well. However, Thursday afternoon he tripped getting off the exercise bike and fell on his knee and busted the incision wide open. This required a trip to the hospital and another surgery to repair the knee and close the incision with stitches and staples. Please pray for he and his wife Lynn as he begins the rehab process again.

I am looking forward to Our Gathering Together for spirit and truth worship this Sunday at 10:30am! I have a powerful NOW word to share with you that I am calling 'Will You Choose Religion or Kingdom?" There are times and or seasons when the Spirit of the Lord Comes Upon us Mightily and what we do after those encounters determines if we choose religion or kingdom! You will NOT want to miss this powerful Kingdom word, so invite as many families, friends, coworkers and neighbors as you can to join us this Sunday at 10:30am!

Harsha Joshi's heart valve surgery has been rescheduled for June 30th, and the family are asking us to pray for his Blood Pressure to come down and stay down and for this surgery to be successful. They have been on a long journey of health and healing for Harsha and he is ready to be made whole again too!

Truth Family and Friends

It has been a whirlwind of a week on so many levels. Yesterday First Lady Marie and I were privileged to close on our retirement home in Chattanooga, TN. After we announced our retirement that will occur this December, things began to escalate rapidly for us. To make a long story short, a house that fits everything we want and need in a retirement home became available to us. It required us to be able to move quickly on it to purchase it, and God made it possible for us purchase it, and now we are the proud owners of two homes, one in Atlanta and one in Chatanooga (lol)! The good thing is we have at least one granddaughter offering to "house sit for us" until we move into the home in Chattanooga (lol)! Enough about us, but we wanted to update you on the current status of our journey into this next season! 

Sunday we will be blessed beyond measure to have a godly, anointed man and woman of God lead us in worship, Jeremy and Shaley Leslie from ABBA's House. I heard Jeremy leading worship during at the end of a worship service a couple of weeks ago, and there was a powerful anointing of humility and grace flowing through him. I sensed his anointing, and mantle came from a place of pain, hurt, restoration and glory. Deep calls unto Deep in the roar of Your waterfalls, and you recognize this level of anointing and mantle when you see it flowing from someone. I don't know much of his personal story, but I do know that his personality, giftings and skills have been crafted over generations of impartations from kingdom giants! 

A spontaneous chain of events developed Wednesday with Chris needing to be away for a baptism of a relative, and Alicia being out of town for a wedding that led to me check to see if Jeremy and Shaley were available, and they were willing to make the adjustments in their schedules to partner with us this Sunday! You will NOT want to miss this corporate worship experience this Sunday at 10:30am!

If that were not enough, Pastor Danny is locked and loaded with a powerful kingdom message that builds off of and adds to the message I preached last week (Will You Choose Religion or Kingdom)! I am looking forward to Pastor Danny ministering the word to us this Sunday at 10:30am!

This Sunday we are scheduled to launch our Pilot small group training for small group leaders. This is a wonderful small group curriculum called Practicing the Way. We will begin this Pilot small group this Sunday immediately after our worship service, and it will take place in the Conference Room. We are going to have a glorious time taking this journey together. If you would like to be part of this Pilot group, it is not too late to be added to this group. Our Big Outreach of the Year Event is scheduled for Sunday July 27. We are going to have "Church Outdoors"! This year we are going to host our back-to-school celebration connected with our Sunday worship service. We will have a BIG stage setup, and we already have a number of people ready to be water baptized outdoors! BAM! If you are ready to be water baptized, you can be part of this special CHURCH OUTDOORS event on Sunday July 27 at 10:30am!

We will have the usual games, food, backpacks, school supplies, prayer tent, face paint, and you can sign up for Toys for Tots at this event too! There will be so much more, but we Need All Hands-on Deck to make this the outreach event we desire it to be! 

This Sunday at 10:00am, please meet us in the Sanctuary for special prayer and fasting for our Leadership Team who are partnering with me to find the mind of Christ for the plan of succession beyond my retirement this December. The Leadership Team will be present for these special times of prayer each Sunday at 10:00am. They/we look forward to praying with you, and receiving any insights, promptings, RHEMA words about our journey and transition. Like I mentioned in a previous message, "I believe the Lord has already chosen and has been preparing the man of God to lead TToP into the next season. As we indicated in our response last Sunday, "We Are Choosing Kingdom over Religion" and God is well pleased with US! So, join us this Sunday at 10:00am for prayer, and 10:30am for spirit and truth worship! Until then, stay humble, blessed and sensitive to and of the Spirit . . .

I look forward to Our Gathering Together for spirit and truth worship this Sunday with great expectation! What am I expecting? An Inbreak of the Kingdom! What is an Inbreak of the Kingdom? It occurs when the Power of God is released in the earth to perform a sign, a wonder, a healing or a miracle! It is the Holy Spirit manifesting the Kingdom of God in the earth!

How does the Kingdom of God come to the earth? God has chosen for Heaven to come down to the Earth through the energizing Presence of the Holy Spirit operating in and through the Body of Christ on Earth!

When Jesus came forth after being water baptized and baptized with the Holy Spirit, the message He preached was Repent for the Kingdom of God is within your reach! Religion has tried to change that message, but there is a remnant who will never compromise the message and assignment, the Kingdom is within our reach! BAM!

Have you ever had a week in which you were glad to have it in your rearview mirror rather than still in your front windshield? First Lady Marie and I are completing such a week for us.

This week has been bitter-sweet and exhausting for us! This week we moved "most" of our belongings from the home we have enjoyed for more than 20 years into our "retirement" home. We are downsizing in square footage by almost half, so the purging process has been just that, a process (lol).  We will still be able to enjoy our home in Loganville until it sells to a third party, so that is comforting to us. Our leadership team are being very diligent in seeking the mind of Christ for TToP's plan of succession beyond December 31st. We are claiming and confident in God's promises, especially when He tells us that He knows the plans HE has for us, and they are plans to bless and prosper us and for a great future! BAM! Our leadership team desperately needs your partnership in crying out with and for them and thank you very much for encouraging and supporting them. They usually are available to pray with you and hear any insights the Lord is speaking to you about our journey Sunday mornings at 10:00am!

With all of this being said, First Lady Marie and I are looking forward to Our Gathering Together Sunday at 10:30am for spirit and truth worship! This Sunday, our very own T.J. Van Dyke will be preaching, and we are looking forward to experiencing this with you. We still remember dedicating T.J. To the Lord when he was an infant!

This Sunday at 10:30am we will have an opportunity for powerful spirit and truth worship at TToP! I have a powerful and prophetic word to share with you asking the question: Does God’s Yes Need Your Amen? In 2 Corinthians 1:20 the apostle Paul says: For all the promises of God find their YES in HIM. That is why it is through HIM that we UTTER our AMEN to God for His glory (ESV)!

In Psalms 103:20 we read: Bless the Lord, all His angels might in strength who carry out His word, who hearken to the VOICE of His command. Praise the Lord, you His angels, you mighty ones who perform His word and who obey His word! We know that angels are assigned to the House of God on the earth (we are His House on the earth), and they hearken to the VOICE of His command, they perform His word and obey His voice. Understanding this context, all the promises of God are YES in HIM and that is why we UTTER (speak), our AMEN to God for His glory!

So, if you have a promise from God and this is His YES to your promise, Is God Waiting or are angels waiting to hear your AMEN for His glory? Please invite as many people as you know to join us for Spirit and Truth Worship Sunday at 10:30am!

Sunday July 27th CHURCH OUTDOORS at our regular time 10:30am! This will be an evangelistic meeting with live worship and preaching. We will be offering water baptism to anyone ready to be water baptized (we already have several ready to be water baptized). We will also have food, snacks, games, Toys for Tots sign up, the Prayer Tent will be available and SO MUCH MORE!

This is a ALL HANDS-ON DECK ministry opportunity, which means we need your hands on deck (lol)! Please, Please mark this date on your calendar and make yourself available for serving our community with the largest outreach effort we do annually!

This Sunday we will have a special Outdoor Gathering Together at 10:30am at TToP! However, we will need all hands-on deck to arrive at 8:30am to help prepare for this special Outdoor Gathering Together. We will have free hot dogs, nacho cheese, sno-cones, popcorn, face painting, inflatables, games and of course, our free back packs and school supplies!

Michele Means has put together tentative assignments, but if you do not see your name, we need you to join our host of volunteers to help make this our best community outreach ever! It is going to be warm and then hot, so please dress comfortably. We are also offering water baptism outdoors and this is always a special experience!

Sunday at 8:30 am. All hands-on deck. We need servants to help with set up, crowd control, security, food, games, prayer tent etc.

Our Gathering Together this Sunday at 10:30am for spirit and truth worship will be powerful! I will share a message with you from Acts 13 about "Becoming a Kingdom Ekklesia in a Local Town." Some people might ask, what is a Ekklesia? The word is most often translated as "CHURCH" but in the times we live in, the concept of a local church is being distorted by the demonic spirit that rests on religion. I think you will find this message is a powerful reminder of how a Kingdom Ekklesia operated in the book of Acts and hold that plum line of truth over TToP. 

As part of Our Gathering Together Sunday, we will commission Trinity Iverson for the missionary assignment she is being called to fulfill in Japan! She is delaying her first year of college to answer this Kingdom call to minister in Japan for the next year. You will also learn how you can partner with her in the Great Commission endeavor. She will desperately need our prayer support, and she would be blessed to receive any financial support you might feel led to sow into her ministry. When we Gather Together Sunday at 10:30am, we will ask a very important question: Are You Investing Your Life Or Wasting It? We only have one life to live, and we are either Investing It or We Are Wasting It!

Those who study these things have concluded that every human being as at least three things in common. We all need a Place to Belong, a Need for Significance, and a Need for Security!

God has revealed the answer to all three of these needs, but religion has tries to veil the answer from our heart and our eyes. A person can be extremely religious, attend church, do good to others, and live a moral life but discover in the end they have wasted the one life they were given to live. Of course, the reverse is true to, a person can have no morals, not do good to others, never attend church and discover in the end they have wasted the one life they were given to live. The most devastating words in Scripture might be when Jesus will say to the multitudes of good and bad people: Depart from Me you workers of iniquity, I never knew you! The majority of these people were religious and moral and believed that religion and their sense of morality were enough to gain them eternal life! But in the end, they wasted their life when they could have invested their life!

This Sunday when we Gather Together at 10:30am for spirit and truth worship, I have a powerful NOW word to share with you! This Sunday I will ask the prophetic and personal question: Is There A Stirring In Your Spirit? I will follow that up with a question and a declaration: Are You; Are We In A Prophetic Stirring Up Season? A stirring up season is when God energizes people (saved or lost), through the Word (Voice) of God—to do the Will of God—by the Power of God—resulting in the Glory of God! You can read 2 Chronicles 36:22 and Haggai 1:14 for a little context for God stirring up the spirit of saved and or lost people to do the Will of God! You will not want to miss this powerful, prophetic and personal NOW word at 10:30am Sunday!

Michelle Spurlock has been transferred to a rehabilitation facility in Tucker on Idlewood Rd. They do not believe it will be a long stay for her because she is so advanced in what she can already do after her surgery!

We had a glorious Gathering Together Wednesday to hear from our Leadership Team! You have been so patient and prayerful for months awaiting the first report from our Leadership Team about our plan of succession beyond my retirement from being Senior Pastor December 31st. 

After much prayer, listening to the voice of the Holy Spirit and gleanings from you, the Body of Christ at TToP, the Leadership Team is in awe of God's blessings and favor being extended to TToP! The Leadership Team is unanimous and you, The Body of Christ at TToP were unanimous Wednesday evening in celebrating the decision for TToP to come under the covering of ABBA's House and eventually become known as something like ABBA'S House Stone Mountain. 

TToP will maintain our autonomy, we will select our next campus Pastor with the assistance and approval of Abba's House. This will include but not be limited to Abba's House paying the salary and benefits of our next campus Pastor. This will give TToP some much needed financial relief which will allow us to advance so many other much needed outreach and discipleship ministries in the House, across the street and around the world!

Our current strategic partnerships with our three language churches and Restore Life will continue under our current partnership agreements. 

There is so much information involved in this Kingdom Partnership with Abba's House and there are a lot of details being worked out behind the scenes. We look forward to sharing so much more with you in the days and weeks ahead! If you have any questions, the Leadership Team (Michele Means, Keith and Veronica Shelton, Curley and Lolly Buffington), are available to you, and of course, I am available to you as well. 

Pastor Ronnie would like to make the first public announcement of our developing Kingdom Partnership at their upcoming Fresh Oil-New Wine Conference Monday night, September 15th. The Conference is free but you can register online through www.abbashouse.com or you can download their app and access so many other features. 

Pastor Ronnie has also asked me to preach Monday night (September 15th), and we would like as many people from TToP to be present as possible on this short notice. If you would like to stay overnight or for the rest of conference (September 14-17), there are special hotel rates available for anyone attending the conference. Bishop Shannon Cook is preaching both Sunday services; I will be preaching Monday evening; Pastor Ronnie is preaching Tuesday evening and Matthew Hagee is preaching Wednesday evening! They also have morning sessions at 10:00am. 

This Sunday, you will not want to miss our special guests, Jeremy and Shaley Lesley! Jeremy and Shaley are beginning a four week ministry tour and TToP is their first ministry stop. Jeremy and Shaley will be joining Alicia in leading us in worship AND Jeremy will be releasing a powerful, prophetic NOW word! After ministering at TToP this Sunday, they will be ministering at Word Alive International Outreach in Oxford, Al (08/31); Homestead Way in Tullahoma, TN (09/07); and then at ABBA'S House in Hixon, TN (09/21).

Prayer Requests: 

Tony and Aston Doyle leave Sunday morning to minister in Trelawny Jackson Town Jamaica. They need an unspoken but specific financial miracle to be able to minister to 200 impoverished children. They plan to minister for up to 7 days and they desperately need our prayers and a financial miracle! God is ABLE and WILLING!

Michelle Spurlock continues her rehabilitation in the facility in Tucker. Her rehabilitation is complicated due to the complexity of her surgery on her complete leg. She is always optimistic and the joy of the Lord is her strength. If you are able to visit her, she is always uplifted by your visits.

Brenda Grace Brown's god-niece passed away following a fatal car wreck. And then she received news that her great-niece tragically died. Please cry out for peace, healing and restoration to come to the Chapman-Franklin-Partridge Family members!

Our Leadership Team as they continue working through the many details relating to our transition to come under the covering of Abba's House! They will be providing regular updates as they become available for you!

I really, really hope you can join us in person this Sunday at 10:30am! I tell you every Sunday that I have a powerful NOW word to share with you, but the word I have for us this Sunday is a word in season for us at TToP! This Sunday, my message addresses "The Future of this House"! From our birth 20 years ago, it has been prophesied multiple times that the latter (next), glory of this house will be greater than the former (previous) . . .!

TToP has been invited to attend the Fresh Oil-New Wine Conference at ABBA's House on Monday, September 15^th at 6:30pm! This will be a very powerful step forward for the proposed adoption/merger and us becoming known as ABBA's House Stone Mountain! You will NOT want to miss this service or this conference. The theme for this conference is "Due Season" and it is filled with prophetic alignment for such a "time" (season) as this! The conference begins Sunday, September 14^th with morning and evening services (Bishop Shannon Cook), and goes through September 15^th  (Pastor Matthew Hagee)! I will have the privilege of preaching Monday evening (6:30pm), and Pastor Ronnie will be preaching Tuesday evening (6:30pm) and will be ordaining ministers into the new wine global network! He has a POWERFUL word he will be releasing, and you will NOT want to miss it! There are morning sessions available to you Monday-Wednesday at 10:00am too!

I trust these words reach you doing well and prospering in God's amazing grace today! Please pray with and for Stephen and Susan Barrett, Stephen was in the hospital this past week with fever, but they were not able to locate a specific reason for the fever, and he was discharged to return home. Their conclusion is that it must be cancer related fever. He has a follow up appointment with his oncologist scheduled for Tuesday.

Last Sunday I preached a message that addressed The Future of Our House from Haggai 2:9. I believe the Lord has given US a promise that the latter glory of this House will be greater than the former AND The Lord of Hosts will establish SHALOM in our House!

This Sunday at 10:30am I have part two of this powerful prophetic message related to The Future of Our House. The prophet Zechariah received no less than five visions related to the current circumstances he and the people of God were facing, but the fifth vision he received was the most difficult one to SEE and UNDERSTAND. Something had to happen to him for him to be able to SEE it and UNDERSTAND it! I believe the same thing must happen to us too!

This Sunday we will address the issue of why we might not be receiving fresh visions and messages from the Lord, and if we are SEEING visions, why is it so difficult for us to understand them. 

We are ripe for the next wave of Glory coming to and upon our House, but there is something that might need to happen in order for us SEE, HEAR and UNDERSTAND what the Lord is saying to us in the midst of our present circumstances! You will NOT want to miss this powerful, prophetic NOW word! 

MONDAY, September 15^th is going to be an epic event in the life of TToP! We have been invited to participate in the signing of a Covenantal Agreement between Abba's House and TToP! We are going to be adopted by Abba's House and eventually become known as Abba's House Stone Mountain! Although we will maintain our autonomy as a local church, we will come under the spiritual covering of, and Kingdom partnership with Abba's House! 

IF it is at all possible for you to make the trip to Chattanooga, TN this Monday, we would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE for you to be present for this epic service and the service will begin at 6:30pm! There will be incredible worship, and I have been invited to replace Dr. Ron Phillips on the program and preach the message for the night.

From time to time, we find ourselves in circumstances that are not what we believe are the final outcome of what God has promised to us.
