Greetings Church Family!
Wow, what a fantastic cleanup day today! Abba’s House youth group teamed up with our youth group to tackle some projects around the church. They were a big help in clearing out and painting the new youth room, which will be a wonderful spot for them to hang out in the future!
We’re excited to see this as the beginning of many wonderful partnerships with the ministries at Abba’s House! Thank you to everyone who helped make this a success! A special thank you to Keith for providing Chick-Fil-A!
Tomorrow, our brother Daryl Russell will be preaching, and our Praise Team will welcome the Presence!
Here’s what’s happening this week at ABBA’s House, Stone Mountain:
Bobby Warren and the communications team have been working hard to build our new infrastructure and website. We’re looking forward to launching it in June!
- May 31, 2026 (tomorrow) MINISTRY FAIR! Curious about how to get involved in ministry and use the gifts God has given you? Join us right after service as Ministry Leaders share their ministries and how you can serve.
- June 7, 2026 NEW MEMBER/DISCIPLESHIP CLASS. An 8-week class starting at 9:15 a.m. in the conference room, led by Keith Shelton. All are welcome!
- June 20, 2026 DRIVE-THROUGH PRAYER. 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- We’re also planning a weekly Bible study for Youth “Ignite” Ministry, coming soon!
- August 1, 2026, BACK TO SCHOOL OUTREACH.
- October 16-18, 2026, Ladies! Don’t miss our Women’s Ministry retreat! It’s an offsite retreat at the Forrest Hills Retreat Center, and the Lord is making it happen beautifully! More details will be shared soon!

Joy Jackson: She’s being taken to Piedmont Atlanta tomorrow. She had a stent on Wednesday evening and has another 90% blockage in the Left Anterior Descending (LAD) artery. Thankfully, she’s not in pain. Please pray for Jehovah Rapha to move and for the doctors to have wisdom as they create a treatment plan.
Phyllis Campbell: Please pray for continued healing.
Megan Shelton: She’s getting the medical care she needs, and we’re seeing God’s work! Please continue to pray for healing and deliverance.
Emme: (Linda Marwede’s granddaughter): Continued healing.
