KEEP FORGING AHEAD, EVEN WITHOUT THE WHY

When I lead you and guide you to go somewhere, or to do something, you may not know up front why I have given you the assignment. You may move forward in faith and run into obstacles and circumstances you did not expect. They may not be pleasant. Don't quit. Don't pull back. Don't let that frustrate you. Remember I have sent you to that person or to that place, and receive My grace to press past the obstacles. Look for My hand in the matter, but be ready to continue forging ahead, even if you don't understand the why.

2 Corinthians 12:7-9

".......So to keep me from becoming proud, I was given a thorn in my flesh, a messenger from Satan to torment me and keep me from becoming proud. Three different times I begged the Lord to take it away. Each time He said, 'My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.' So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me."

John 16:33

"I have told you all this, so that you may have peace in Me. Here on earth, you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world."

Prayer:

Holy Spirit, I expect obstacles in my path, because the enemy is not going to lie down and let me take ground for Your Kingdom. Help me keep my eyes on the prize. Help me keep going with blind trust, even when I can't hear Your still small voice. Give me courage to press on.
