I WILL LEAD YOU INTO TIMES OF REST

When you are tired, rest.  This is not a great mystery of Father's Kingdom.  It's a clear command He has given for your own good, just as every other command is intended for your good.

If you follow Me.....really follow Me.....I will lead you into times of rest and times of refreshing, not only for your weary soul, but also for your weary body.  Don't resist My unction to rest.  Don't resist My leading you beside still waters.  You need this.

Psalm 23:1-3

"The Lord is my Shepherd; I have all that I need.  He lets me rest in green meadows; He leads me beside peaceful streams.  He renews my strength.  He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to His name."

Proverbs 3:7-8

"Don't be impressed with your own wisdom.  Instead, fear the Lord and turn away from evil.  Then you will have healing for your body and strength for your bones."

Isaiah 44:3

"For I will pour out water to quench your thirst and to irrigate your parched fields.  And I will pour out My Spirit on your descendants, and My blessing on your children."

Prayer:

Holy Spirit, Your wisdom is so simple, yet so profound.  Help me apply it with childlike faith.  Show me how to discern Your unction to rest, so that I am not running ahead of You.  Take me to those still waters, when I need refreshing for my spirit, soul, and body.
