YOU WILL MOVE TOWARD WHAT YOU FOCUS ON

Here is a life lesson you need to remember, you will always move toward what you focus on.  You will always gravitate toward what you look at.  If you look at all the things about your friends and family that bother you, they will bother you even more.  You will grow to resent the ones you love.  If you look at the things you appreciate about you friends and family, you will appreciate those loved ones even more.  You will grow to love, the ones you love, even more.  What you focus on grows, so choose wisely what you focus on.  Focus on the good.  Love suffers long, is kind, and covers a multitude of sins.  Focus on love.

Colossians 3:2

"Think about the things of Heaven, not the things of earth."

Matthew 6:33

"Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and He will give you everything you need."

Prayer:

Holy Spirit, I don't want to make a mountain out of a molehill, but when I meditate on what bothers me, I give it the power to sour my soul.  Help me grow in love for You, for myself, and for the people around me.  Help me focus on what You are doing in my life, above all things.
