I WANT TO BRING YOU INTO DEEPER INTIMACY WITH CHRIST

I want to bring you into deeper intimacy with Christ.  I want you to grasp how wide and long and high and deep, His love for you is.  Nothing can separate you from it!  He redeemed you with His blood, and you are His!

Meditate on the love of Christ.  See Him as the Bridegroom King, who burns with an undying love for you.  Seek to understand His emotions toward you.  Gaze on His beauty.  Seek Him as Mary of Bethany and John the Apostle did, and you will hear His heartbeat.  It beats for you!

Psalm 27:4, 7-8

"The one thing I ask of the Lord.....the thing I seek most......is to live in the House of the Lord all the days of my life, delighting in the Lord's perfections and meditating in His Temple.  Hear me as I pray, O Lord.  Be merciful and answer me!  My heart has heard You say: 'Come and talk with Me.' And my heart responds, 'Lord I'm coming.' "

John 13: 23-25

"The disciple Jesus loved was sitting next to Jesus at the table.  Simon Peter motioned to him to ask, 'Who's He talking about?'  So that disciple leaned over to Jesus and asked, 'Lord, who is it?' "

Prayer:

Holy Spirit, I want You to bring me into deeper intimacy.  This is what I long for.  Please give me wisdom, understanding, and revelation about the love of Christ.  Please help me keep my eyes fixed on Him, and lean into my Beloved's heart.
