This story pierces the heart of the USA
Military-Industrial vampire complex. It shines a light on the murder
and secrecy of our era. This is a hero's journey, and it's our journey.

About The Play:
This work is based on the investigative journalism Sander Hicks has done
into the life, writing, and death of Shreveport dentist Dr. David
Graham.
Graham's story is a heroic one. He met two of the "9/11 terrorists"
Nawaf-Al Hazmi and Fayed Banihammad, in the Fall of 2000. He met with
FBI, and Secret Service, but was confounded by their hostility and
inaction. When he attempted to publish a book several years after 9/11,
Graham was mysteriously poisoned in East Texas.
Graham earned the Bronze Star in Vietnam for his alertness in saving an
airbase from an attack. He championed good causes, and spoke out
against political corruption on his AM radio show in Shreveport. He
would not be bullied, and was guided by a strong moral compass. He lived
a life of faith, and trusted his God, even when his society failed him.
His was a life we can all take inspiration from.
About the Space:
626 Bushwick (the Old St. Marks Cathedral) is a space in transition. It
was a recently de-sacralized Lutheran Church, openned in 1896. It's a
wonderful space, full of stained glass, resonating with over one hundred
years of the spiritual energy of Bushwick's people.
Our company is proud to have recently constructed the stage for the space.
