Hi,
I wanted to compare the CDR3 sequences you found in the your Nature Genetics publication called "Landscape of tumor-infiltrating T cell repertoire of human cancers" to our results.  However, I am unable to open the supplementary data file entitled "ng3581-S2.zip."  The error says "End-of-central-directory signature not found."  Is it possible to download the results from another location?

Thank you!

Hi Jennifer,

That problem came across before and was solved by using another computer. Would you please try using a Macbook to unzip it?

Thanks,
Bo
