The impact of short sequences on TRUST

to TRUST for T cell receptor hypervariable region assembly

Hi Bo,

 

      I am using Trim Galore software of RNA-seq data Quality control for me, has the following three steps, Quality Trimming, Adapter Trimming, 


and removing Short Sequences, do I need to run removing Short Sequences in these steps?


      If the step (removing Short Sequences) will has a great influence on CDR3 of assembly?
