TCGA TRUST data

Hi Bo Li,

In your original TCR from RNA-seq paper, which preceded TRUST, you had supplementary data that included Distinct deidentified CDR3 sequence calls generated in this study in fasta format. Do you have a similar data file after running TRUST on TCGA?

Thank you for your interest in our work. We have such a dataset and are currently analyzing it for more insights on tumor immunology. The release of this dataset will be dependent on the progress of our current research.
