to TRUST for T cell receptor hypervariable region assembly

Hi Bo，

If a CDR3 sequence was annotated by both to the V gene and to the J gene, I can assume that this CDR3 sequence is full length. Right?

Just like the report below, are the items marked red the complete CDR3s?
