The difference bwt TCR-ALL.txt and TCR-ALL.fa

to TRUST for T cell receptor hypervariable region assembly

What's the difference between TCR-ALL.txt and TCR-ALL.fa these two file? Some of them I found that CR3 found in TCR-ALL.fa didn't show on TCR-ALL.txt file.

And where I can found the interpretation of TCR-ALL.txt? Because I don't quite understand the meaning of est_lib_size, est_clonal_exp,etc..
