Error: Please provide the correct BAM index file!

Hi Bo

I'm running TRUST for T cell receptor hypervariable region assembly. The cmd and results are as the pictures  show, however when run the demo bam file, there would not exist the error. 

BTW, I  successfully run it the first  time,and all the pipeline  what i run these times are all the same,  (I also have tired the tophat2 and hisat2 two apps to build the sam files ,and i think the bai file  corresponding to the bam file is correct).

So, do you have any idea?

Could you please take a look at this problem? I don't know why it runs smoothly the first time, but fails the second time. Any suggestions?

Hi Tian, can you try '-g hg38'? I think there is a missing of '-g' before 'hg38' in your current TRUST running cmd.
