Tcr Receptor Utilities for Solid Tumors (TRUST) is a de novo assemblies based approach for extracting the lymphocyte receptor hypervariable CDR3 sequences using short read RNA-seq data. It is suitable for analyzing tumor-infiltrating T cells.
