If the riders view of their surroundings is negatively impacted, this
needs to be mitigated by providing better on-board rider information.
At a minimum, Metro should provide on-board rider information with
dynamic 'next stop' signage and pre-recorded 'next stop'
announcements, as well as detailed route maps (with all stops noted)
inside each bus which is wrapped buses (but preferably this would
eventually be done on all buses).
