I bit the bullet and ordered from earphoneDIYlabs.com. I ordered the Grado wood cups with gimbals on June 26, 2021 using Paypal. The cups arrived in NorCal on July 8, 2021 (today) via FedEx. I received neither order confirmation nor updates from the company. They did not respond to either of two emails I sent them asking for an order update. Sooo, that's pretty consistent with others' experiences.
Now the VENTING mod, that did change things. There's a noticeable punch in the bass with EQ off and listening through my X3 2nd Gen. Fuller bass than when I had the EQ on. It's normally set to two notches up at 31 and 1 notch up at 62. I realize that this description of my EQ on the FiiO means nothing to those without a FiiO X3 2nd Gen, but I thought I'd throw it out there.

One of the most-wanted upright bass items are rubber endpin tips, like our Super Endpin Ball. Do you want to know another thing that is "Most Wanted?" Bass players who accidentally wear through their rubber tip and leave holes and scratches on floors. (It seems that homeowners have no sense of humor when it comes to their hardwood floors - I know my wife would kill me!)
This Endpin Rest for Bass or Cello is a nice semi-soft hockey puck a little bigger than 3 1/2 inches and a little more than a half-inch thick. It has ribbing on the bottom to help it stay in place on most any surface. In the center is a generous, rounded 1 3/8" chrome cup that is about 3/8" deep, which is pretty easy to bullseye, even on a dimly lit stage.
With one of these simple accessories (which fit easily into your bag or gear case), your endpin will stay put - and you'll no longer be "on the run" from the wood floor revenge posse!
Endpin rest for bass, with silver cup. Cup is 1 3/8" wide and 3/8" deep, and can accommodate many endpin rubber tips and endpin balls.

The members of Ace of Cups were Mary Gannon (bass), Marla Hunt (organ, piano), Denise Kaufman (guitar, harmonica), Mary Ellen Simpson (lead guitar), and Diane Vitalich (drums). Lead vocals were sung by all members of the band except Vitalich, and all five sang backup. The songwriting, too, was divided among the band members.[7]
Gannon was born in New York and moved to San Francisco in the early 1960s. She played bass for a short while in a band called Daemon Lover. Hunt, who had grown up in Los Angeles, had been playing the piano since she was three. Like Gannon, she also moved to San Francisco in the early 1960s. Hunt was introduced to Gannon through a mutual friend, and Gannon suggested that they form an all-female rock band.[8]
In 2016, the band began work on their debut studio album.[2] Four of the band's original members participated: Mary Gannon (claps), Denise Kaufman (bass, harmonica), Mary Ellen Simpson (lead guitar), and Diane Vitalich (drums). The album was produced by Dan Shea (Mariah Carey, Santana, Jennifer Lopez), and features contributions from Jorma Kaukonen and Jack Casady (Jefferson Airplane, Hot Tuna), David Freiberg (Quicksilver Messenger Service), Barry Melton (Country Joe & The Fish), Pete Sears (Jefferson Starship, Rod Stewart, Hot Tuna), David Grisman, Steve Kimock (Zero, RatDog), Terry Haggerty (Sons of Champlin), Norman Mayell (Sopwith Camel), Sid Page and Charlie Musselwhite, as well as lead vocal turns by Bob Weir (Grateful Dead), Taj Mahal, Buffy Sainte-Marie and Peter Coyote. On November 9, 2018, Ace of Cups was released on High Moon Records.[citation needed] The reincarnated Ace of Cups is Mary Gannon, Denise Kaufman, Mary Ellen Simpson, Diane Vitalich, and Dallis Craft.
On September 23 and 24, no fewer than 100 competitors battled it out in the fish-filled waters of Extremadura, Spain, in a bid to win the prestigious Soner Euro Cup XII. Follow Bastien Nicolay and Ben Sepol as they take on Europe's top black-bass anglers.
Prefishing gives way to strategy. It's time to make the right choices of spots, techniques, lures and rods. The plan is to attack with power-fishing right from the start, in order to secure a quota as quickly as possible. If all goes well, the idea is to switch to finer, more technical fishing to target the big black bass in the area.
The aim at the start of the day was to quickly extend the gap to the other two teams on the provisional podium. The strategy remains the same, but Ben and Bastien decide to change zones. It's around 9 a.m. and the team is hooking fish after fish, already recording 5.4 kg. Suddenly, the team's attention is caught by a touch, the carbon bends and the rushes follow one another with violence. A mass appears in the water, and the higher the fish rises, the more enormous it seems to be. It's there, now we just have to weigh it... The numbers on the scale look incredible, and indeed they are: 6.61 lbs for this magnificent black bass... The adrenalin's pumping, the fishing goes on and Ben and Bastien continue on their way to a podium finish.
