1. Is there a listing fee or transaction fee on TrueGether.com?
TrueGether does not charge a listing Fee or Transaction Fee. TrueGether is completely free for buyers and sellers. However, our payment provider PayPal charges the sellers a small fee for transactions. This is similar to a credit card transaction fee.
2. Does TrueGether charge a Fee in any other way?
We have some premium fee based services. For example, if you want to export your listings from your TrueGether account to eBay/Amazon or Google Shopping, we charge a monthly fee. You need to give us explicit permission to do so.

3. I received a message from another TrueGether member. How do I respond?
Simply hit reply to the message from the inbox. You do not need to visit TrueGether to respond to member messages.
4. Do I need to pay taxes on the sales I make on TrueGether?
You will receive form 1099-K only if you meet the following criteria as a seller in a calendar year:
More than $20,000 in gross payment volume, and
More than 200 transactions.

5. How do I know that my information is secure?
TrueGether employs
OWASP specified industry standard security practices. We have made every effort possible to make sure that your information with us remains secure. We do not share your information with any third party.
6. Do I have to give you my LinkedIn/Facebook and/or Gmail password to use your website
No, we do not ever 'see' or store your password. When you click on the signin button we redirect you to the authentication provider which is either LinkedIn/Facebook or Google. Once authenticated you get redirected back to our site. Neither LinkedIn nor Google share your password with TrueGether.
7. If I sign in with my Facebook account, how will you use my professional network information?
We use your professional network information only to enhance your user experience on the site itself. For example, we may show you other users in your professional network who are also members of TrueGether. Once per week we send out an email to members of your network who are also members of TrueGether if you purchased or sold something on TrueGether. We never ever reach out to people in your network who are not using TrueGether.
8. How do I connect my ShipStation account with TrueGether.
If you use PayPal as a payment provider then the integration is really easy. Just refer to this
