Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior SQL Server DBA with 9+ years of experience in managing and supporting SQL Server databases in production environments. The candidate will be responsible for database administration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and ensuring high availability of database systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.

Monitor database performance and resolve issues.

Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.

Implement and support High Availability solutions (Always On, Clustering, Replication).

Optimize SQL queries, indexes, and stored procedures.

Ensure database security, integrity, and availability.

Support database upgrades, migrations, and deployments.

Work closely with application and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

9+ years of SQL Server DBA experience.

Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2016/2019/2022.

Experience with Always On Availability Groups, Clustering, and Replication.

Expertise in performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Strong T-SQL scripting skills.

Experience with backup, recovery, and database maintenance.

Good communication and problem-solving skills
