Job Title: Infrastructure Analyst
Location: Philadelphia, PA - Hybrid
Duration: 12+ Months

Experience with but not limited to the following technology:

• Demonstrated technical experience.
• Proficient in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Skilled in writing and executing PowerShell scripts for automation and administrative tasks.
• Expertise in deploying and managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Experience with Nerdio Manager for Enterprise for AVD automation and optimization.
• Knowledge of Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and virtual machine provisioning.
• Understanding of FSLogix profile containers for user profile management in AVD.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Project management.
• Vendor management.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles.
• Service-Now.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
