RPA Automation Anywhere Project Manager (3 positions)

Location: Bay Area, California (Weekly 2 days onsite)

Overview: We are seeking experienced RPA Project Managers to lead the delivery of Automation Anywhere RPA projects. You will be responsible for overseeing RPA initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and aligning automation projects with business goals. The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of RPA technologies, project management methodologies, and experience managing teams of developers and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead RPA projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring the projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project resources, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Oversee the development and deployment of RPA solutions.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.
• Foster communication and collaboration between RPA developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Implement best practices for project governance and quality assurance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an RPA Project Manager, preferably with Automation Anywhere.
• Strong understanding of RPA technologies and implementation strategies.
• Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles and managing teams.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Familiarity with RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
